It’s likely that by now you have read or heard about the Mark Twain Festival this April 21-23 in Carson City.  The NAA will have a booth at the “Vendor Faire at Arlington Square” Saturday and Sunday, April 22-23 from 10am-4pm.  We will use this booth to promote the NAA and will be giving our brochures to all the visitors.  The event is anticipated to bring in lots of people from outside the area. Hopefully, we can sway some of them into visiting the gallery.

In addition, we would like to open up the booth to NAA members to sell items.  The event is VERY theme oriented so if you have drawings, paintings, prints, cards or other items that feature Mark Twain or Carson City of that era and would like to sell them in the booth, we would love to have them. We ask that you keep things relatively small as customers may not want to lug something large or heavy around with them.  This booth will essentially be a “second” gallery location and we will be using Square to sell.  You will need to tell us what you’d like to sell from the booth at least a week before the event, so we have time to enter the items into Square.  Use the same consignment item numbering and pricing system we use in the gallery and tag your own items.  Anything that does not sell will be added into the gallery afterward.  Gallery commission will be the same as regular consignment items (30%).  We anticipate having some grid space, a couple of tables and a bin.  Artwork should be presented just like how you would present it in the gallery.
