George Strasburger was born in Scranton PA, a son of a house painter and homemaker. He began his painting study at age 12 at the Boy’s Club. He majored in fine art for one year at Kutztown State College, and studied again in his middle age, with 3 classes at the School of Visual Arts in NYC. He’s lived and painted in PA, Boulder, NYC, and presently in Tucson AZ, where he is a full time artist.
