The Grand Holiday Buffet Menu includes a carving Station with Roast Prime Rib and au jus, Roasted Turkey Breast with Stuffing and Gravy, Butter-Crusted Salmon Fillet, Roasted Red Bliss Potatoes with Fresh Herbs, Fresh Rolls and Butter, Seasonal Vegetables, Tossed Salad with Assorted Dressings, Chef’s Seasonal Salads, and Assorted Holiday Desserts.
White Elephant Gift Exchange:
This is optional but fun to participate in after dinner. Bring a wrapped gift—the funnier, the better—to put under the Christmas Tree. Find something from your own stash, rehome a gift, or buy something, but don’t spend more than $5.00.
